Built to approximately 1:24 scale, this freight depot has 4"tall doors, so it could also work well with slightly smaller or larger scales, such as 1:22.5 or 1:29. Perfect for any line, this building has a footprint that's about 14 1/2" long, 12 1/2" deep, including the platform and roof overhangs. It stands about 10" tall. The platform extension can be displayed on either end, and adds about another 14 1/2" to the overall length. Built from exterior grade plywood with Western Red Cedar framing and platform, this structure is also protected by a corrugated aluminum roof that's been painted for the look of rusting steel. Platforms and floors are saturated with waterproofing exterior grade stain for additional UV and moisture protection. Main building rests on a durable PVC base that's carved and painted for the look of quarried stone. Detailed doors and windows feature clear acrylic window panes. All doors and windows are fixed in place and do not operate. Depot includes 2 benches, 7- barrels, 7- pallets, 7 crates and FREE FedEx ground shipping. All other figures, trains, track, scenery and landscaping are shown for scale only, and are not included.
