Description: Greetings, and happy new year friends! What you see here is a pre-1991 LGB 2040 Ge 6/6 Crocodile/Krokodil electric locomotive, of the Swiss Rhaetian railway. This model was acquired used and is in excellent shape physically, with no notable damages or wear to remark upon. The model runs well and both motor blocks have been lubricated with light oil on the axles bearings. Presently one red-lens headlight does not illuminate, and the one factory coupler hook was removed due to being broken, so the engine currently has loop couplings only. Both pantographs raise and lower nicely and look great, and appear to have light contact wear from catenary from an owner in its past, which is frankly a cool thought considering they are wired to run off of overhead wire like the prototype. NO BOX IS INCLUDED due to the fact that there wasn't one upon acquisition of the locomotive. I will be packing this beast well due to the various doobies and parts and railings sticking out all over the place. As-is! Add this big jackshaft reptile to your roster for the new year!
