On the BB is stamped 49cm because Dave Moulton the creator measures his frames from center of crank to the top of the top tube. 48cm is from C-T-C Should fit a person who is 5’4” with a 29” inseam Beautiful paint!! Great condition. No scratches to speak of. Amazing quality. No dents or other anomalies As you can tell by the images posted, unfortunately does not come with original fork. Only comes with the carbon fiber fork shown. Please take into consideration this bike is from 1991. I am not the original owner so I do not know what has happened to the original fork. Components are from 2010 and are the Shimano 105 5700 group. Hubs look to be Dura Ace front and rear on some no name rims. Wheel size looks to be 650b so a smaller diameter.
