Description: Tested and the working function is great- it is not moving, however. I am not sure if that is something to tinker with and fix, but the price reflects this- has lingering smell of being stored with moth balls, but not overpowering, unless you really push your nose into it's fur; and will fade the more it airs out. It has been in storage.
