Some moisture got into the plastic bag and the colors of the green clown transferred on to the back of one of the patterns so it does show up on the front as well but you can still see where to cut the fabric. Includes 5 full sheets and 2 half sheets of paper. Nothing has been cut out or written on. This is an extremely hard to find pattern set. If the listing says chart, book or pattern this is ONLY for the chart, book or pattern not the finished product or kit. On the rare occasion I may miss something- it is NOT intentional.
