The combination fuel filter and bypass pressure regulator delivers 58 PSI (4 BAR) to your fuel rail and returns unused gas to the tank. This set includes SCREW-ON type AN-6 adapter fittings for the 3/8" supply and 5/16" return ports; these are stronger and inspire more confidence than the OE-style plastic snaps and do not require special tools to disconnect. Outlet uses the male 3/8" quick-connect ("push on") to AN-6 (-6AN) fitting. Simple fuel supply for LS swap with AN-6 adapter fittings included. Your electric fuel pump works continuously & this bypass regulator passes excess fuel back into the tank so the pump can run freely. This filter-regulator is commonly installed near the tank so that only a short return line is required. This is a popular fuel supply solution for fuel injection (EFI / FI) retrofits and for swaps to modern engines like the GM Gen III and Gen IV "LS" V8s.
