From Ovation CC48 Celebrity Shallow Acoustic Electric Guitar : Bass Grape Leaf

Description: From Ovation CC48 Celebrity Shallow Acoustic Electric Guitar : Bass Side Grape Leaf This grape leaf came off of an Ovation CC48 super shallow guitar. No leaf wood was remaining on the top, so it came off well. It is not perfect however; there is still glue residue on the piece and it does also have some impressions and other marks from use. It is not held tightly together as the glue on the thin sides is not perfect and has some age. As an overall piece, it is cupped slightly downward, which is better than the opposite. Additional glue may need to be removed and additional prep work done. Sold for the CC48 model only and may still require fitment. This is not a DIY project for many and buyer should very seriously consider getting the help of a luthier or other fine work craftsman that deals with this type of repair. This came from the upper bout area or bass side of the top nearer to low E. Ruler / Square not included - just for size reference.
