The camera is in average condition. The body shows wear. The part of the finder that goes on the camera is missing. The ground glass focusing screen is missing. The shutter works. The lens has a fair amount of dust, wipe marks, and haze. I'm not sure who made this camera. The only reference I can find on F.I.B.I or FIBI is a bakelite camera made my Fritz Luckt in Germany.
