This Limoges china "Lady Portrait" decorative bowl is antique china that has survived well over 100 years of survival and because of age has now become a beautiful family heirloom piece of china that is in beautiful condition, there are NO chips, cracks, scratches, and no china staining; I may add that this FRENCH LIMOGES PORCELAIN CHINA 10" "LADY PORTRAIT" ROUND DECORATIVE CHINA BOWL is an early vintage antique china bowl that has been used and displayed for many years and is still very beautiful; The gold leaf gilt on the edge rim of this bowl is flawless showing no wear what so ever; I am going to pick at this very beautiful bowl, in the bowl center appears to be a picture frame around the "Lady Portrait" and the gold gilt is a high raised gilt that has beading in the floral like pattern in the so called frame, there is gold gilt dots that are missing, just want to point this out to you, how it happened, who knows, the bowl condition is just absolutely beautiful, the "Lady" has no scratches anywhere, or for that matter, anywhere in the portrait; As you can see in the photo's on the back is a green stamp showing "B & H" "Limgoes France", two green marks; Numerous photos were taken in different backgrounds in numerous angles and positions to show "Lady Portrait", condition, color and size hoping to answer any and all questions but if need be you can E-mail me or you can see me on my NEW web site at terrymackeyantiques.com.
