This note is heavily circulated and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many creases and areas of wrinkled folding); overall dark staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has smudges, dark and dirty areas, grease and/or rust stains, blue ink stains, areas of discoloration, perhaps some foreign substance); very heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - many areas of rough edges); many edge indents/nicks/tears; very heavy surface wear and fraying; many, many scattered holes and some small inner tears exist.
