This note is obviously circulated and has the following: folding and wear (also has some heavier creases and areas of wrinkled folding); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has smudges, dark and dirty areas, grease stains, areas of discoloration); edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed); edge indents/nicks (due to the note being in the holder I can't tell if there are any tears); surface wear and fraying; 5 small holes that I could see.
