Mr. Patek is an extremely difficult autograph to obtain in the hobby. He has never done a card show appearance autograph signing and does not respond to fan mail autograph requests. There are very few authentic autographs in the hobby from Mr. Patek. I have attached several photographs from the Freddie Patek signing that this 8x10 photograph was autographed at. BIO: Freddie Patek is a 3x All-Star, 1979 AL Stolen Base Leader, Kansas City Royals Hall of Fame inductee, hit for the cycle, had a three home run game. Playing shortstop at 5’5’’ he was the shortest MLB player of his time nicknamed the “The Flying Flea” in an 1968 interview he was quoted by a reporter stating “I'd rather be the smallest player in the majors than the tallest player in the minors."
