His abilityis well respected throughout the music industry. Mike Williams, lead singer,is very dynamic and enthusiastic when he relates the Gospel in songabout our Lord and Savior. Ron Gray, baritone and spokeman for the group, possessesa quality of smoothness and blend which is required and very vital to the harmony. Ron isvery proud to have his son in the group, Mark Gray, the drummer. Mark attendedMurray State School of Music, Murray, Ky. Along with Dwayne Lee, bass guitarist, theRevelers possess the finest back-up group anywhere, a great attractionto the young people. This enables the quartet to add both contemprary and conventionalgospel in their program. High tenors are in demand everywhere and theRevelers arevery fortunate to have found Gary Coffey. With his high A-Flats, Garyis a great asset to the group. He just gets better and better. Last,but certainly not least, is the bass singer, Wendell Dennis,who is manager ofgroup. It was through gospel music that Wendell found Christ and devoted many years bringingGod’s message in song to others. Wendell has never lost that smoothquality and furnishes a firm foundation with those big, deep tones.
