FDR served as the 32nd president of the United States during a time of world wide economic hardship and WW II. These stamps have never been used and are as fresh as the day they were sold at the Post Office over 40 years ago! Suitable for framing, they would make a great gift for any FDR memorabilia collector or any one interested in Presidential history!
