There were never any copies printed in 1966. Some of the handbills or flyers on yellow paper that are 8 1/2" x 11" were printed in 1966 but none of these posters were. In EXC condition (but doesn't lie completely flat) 1st Class shipping in the US is $7.50 (rolled up in a mailing tube)
