This book is like new, pristine, inside and out with the following exception: The dust jacket is a bit crumpled at the top of the spine (third from final photo). There was a very short tear there as well (1/4"), which has now been reinforced from behind with Lineco acid-free pH-neutral document repair tape, which is nearly invisible.
