Description: Very cute dress Forever 21. Junior's size large. Dress is all orange. Thin straps. The straps button at the back so they are adjustable depending on what hole you button them on. There is elastic around the top of the back. There are padded cups on the chest. The skirt has 2 layers: the top, a tulle (netting) layer, attached to a liner layer so it is soft against your skin. This makes the skirt puffy and it flares out. The dress also ties around the back of the waist. Super feminine, form-fitting, and cute! This dress is not stretchy, except for the elastic at the back. Please note that this is sort of a short dress! It falls above the knee on me (I am 5'4"). Only worn once, still in great condition! I did cut the hanger straps off. Comes from a smoke-free home.
