The foot pedal controls the speed as it should. Items are in nice condition with the usual minor dents, scuffs, scrapes, etc. consistent with what one would expect of normal usage. There are no cracks, no breaks, no owner's marks. The cable on the power head looks like it has been rubbed by the tool (see pictures)and should probably be replaced.
