If your connector is broken splice one of the included pieces in, if not disregard the item. Most items will ship same day as purchased unless weekends, holidays, or after 3:30 pm eastern time. Seller retains the right to ship USPS, UPS, or FED EX depending on the items size, weight, and destination.
