The printing is on the leather and is engraved into the leather so you can feel it if you run your finger across it. Attaches to your breast collar easily with scissor snaps. A wither strap will lay across the horses withers or neck. Designed to help hold the breast collar up in the proper position as well as provides a very unique appearance. Unique and nice quality piece of tack. Will adjust from approximately 24" to 27" from end to end where it will attach to the breast collar on the largest setting. 1 1/2" wide.
