Description: Sold as is no returns. The item will come with all accessories parts included and original parts. It's essentially a new watch. The problem is that the watch is stuck in configuration . I tried downloading app the watch does respond sends me a code to match with the fitbit app to sync watch and phone together but gets stuck in update screen. Tried hard reset a couple times. No luck. This problem is with fitbit company their software issue from what I've researched on my own in google and fitbit forums. Maybe if you talk to fitbit customer service they might be able to help you out sync the watch to phone . Anyways sold as parts even though it's a new watch just doesn't configure/update/sync as a new fitbit watch should. I know since I used to have a fitbit watch before. I believe this issue came to be since it's an older fitbit watch and the fitbit company doesn't support it anymore. Sold as is no returns.
