Description: Nice Table Rock point that measures 2 1/2" long by 1 3/16" wide. This is a Late Archaic type dating in the 4,500 BP range. Made out of tan and light pink Buffalo Creek chert. Found in Henry County, Tennessee. Well made, symmetrical type example. If you have any questions, please feel free to email me. This piece was found by Wallace Gussler of Williamsburg, Virginia. Ex Jack Stallings of Virginia Beach, Virginia (co-author of "Who's Who in Virginia Archaeology"), ex C.J. O'Neill of Charlotte (now Monroe) North Carolina. I bought this piece from Mr. O'Neill in 1998 and sent it to AAI / John Berner, who typed it and said it is 100% Authentic. All relics are 100% guaranteed Prehistoric Authentic unless stated otherwise. I offer a 30 day return policy on all items sold with no questions asked. I always combine shipping. I have been collecting relics for over thirty years and I am a current or former member of the following societies: Genuine Indian Relic Society (GIRS), Central States Archaeological Society (CSAS), Authentic Artifact Collectors Association (AACA), and Arrowpack. Province and prior ownership of each and every artifact is very important to me, and everything I own I have researched from the original finder - if known - right up to present time. All of this data will be included with every item I sell for all future generations.
