Final Destination 5 (Blu-ray) FACTORY SEALED WITH SLIPCOVER

Description: This item is brand new, factory sealed in the original packaging. The slipcover has indentions/creases on the back and a couple of light creases on the front. There is also some shelf wear on the corners and a few spots where the foil underlay is exposed. I have tried to show these spots in the pictures. The digital code expired December 27, 2013, so it is unusable.
