Description: FILM TESTED Leica M3 SS Rangefinder with Summicron 50mm f/2 and original case. This is a great shooting single stroke M3. The shutter speed dial does not lock on the indents at each speed. The speeds seem to be accurate by my exposures, and the dial does not move out of place even though there is not a firm click at each speed. The rangefinder is bright, clear and accurate. The Summicron lens is beautiful and clean, excellent condition--it is the more recent version from the year 2000. All apertures work perfectly. It has the pull out lens hood. Comes with generic lens cap. The case is in good overall condition, but I don't keep the camera in it. Comes with a new Hawkesmill Kensington 110cm leather strap. Includes film take-up spool. This is a great, clean, ready to shoot single stroke. I purchased this locally from a well respected Leica brick and mortar, and quite unfortunately can't hold onto it. I also have to let go of a iiif, and a Rolleiflex 2.8e, if those are of interest see those listings.
