I will be posting more. **** The below information speaks to the pendant: 1780 Austro-Hungarian Maria Theresia Thaler 835 Silver Coin Pendant This stunning pendant was made around the early 1900s and features a 1780 silver thaler / thaller coin depicting Maria Theresa / Therezia / Theresia, who ruled the Austro-Hungarian empire from 1740 to 1780, on the obverse and the double headed imperial eagle on the reverse. The coin is set inside an intricately worked floral bezel with a bale and an equally intricately worked chain with a spring ring clasp. The coin was in circulation for a long time and most coins with the date 1780 were actually struck after that date commemorating the year of Maria Theresa's death.
