Fenton Silvercrest 6-1/2" Vase WAVECREST Mould Double Crimped

Description: Fenton 6-1/2" Vase in Silvercrest Circa about 1958-1962 The Wave Crest part of this vase is the bottom 1/2 of it where the glass has all those wavy lines in it. The Silvercrest part of this vase is the upper part around the opening that is clear glass spun around the milk glass edge. I hope this clears up any confusion as to why it is called Silvercrest Wave Crest. It was made from about 1958-1962 only and then retired never to come back into the line again that I am aware of. So the inventory of this vase is pretty scarce to say the least. This vase is about 7 inches tall at it's tallest point, about 5-1/4 inches side to side which is measured at the crimped top area, and about 4-1/4 inches in the Wave Crest part of this vase. I do see some straw marks which isn't unusual for pieces of this era. But, I also see a very tiny flee bite on one of the edges of the Wave Crest area itself. It is so small, I nearly missed it. In fact when I went back to look at it again just now, I couldn't find it at all. I also tried to take a picture of it but the camera couldn't even pick it up it is that small. Please remember this has been previously owned and displayed. I see no other chips, cracks or repairs to the glass at all, but we do not clean the glass before leaving this location.
