With a one-piece maple neck and sunburst body, it is the same specification as the Telecaster played by Joe Walsh on the famous Eagles' Hotel California live album in 1977. Considering its age, there is little damage to the paint film and it is in beautiful condition. It functions as an instrument and can be played immediately. The high-pass capacitor has been removed and the tone capacitor has been replaced with a vintage 0.1μF wax paper capacitor, but the rest of the guitar is in its original condition. This is a guitar that can be widely recommended not only to Eagles fans but also to anyone looking for the unique vintage Telecaster sound of the 70s. It has been fully maintained. - Overall cleaning - Fret/fingerboard cleaning - Polishing of metal parts such as pegs/bridge - Overall setup (string height/truss rod adjustment/octave/pickup height) Currently, the neck is slightly straight with a slight forward bow, and the string height is set up at the 12th fret at 1.6mm for the 6th string and 1.4mm for the 1st string. There are no problems with twisting or high rise, and the neck is in good condition so that it can be set up at a low string height. The truss rod has room to tighten/loosen in both directions. The frets are original and about 70% of them remain. There are some string grooves due to use, but there are no problems such as buzzing or clogging when choking, and it is fully usable. The nut is original and there is plenty of remaining space. As this is a vintage item, there is some roughness in the switch pot, but it is not a major problem in use. The pickups are original, with 1MΩ original pots dated 1978, and only the capacitors have been replaced to the above specifications.There is noticeable wear on the wood at 10-11 frets on the 6th string side of the neck, but the top coat on the body is not burned or melted, and the paint is in good condition considering the age, but there are some small scratches and dents.Hard case included.
