Description: For sale is a Fender Precision Bass 1973 - Natural in Good Condition!The bass has just been cleaned, set up and restrung and plays great!As seen in the photos, this was originally a "Natural" finish bass but at some point, someone had put a darker finish on the body. It has since been wearing away and has some spots of bubbling as seen in the photos.The pickguard has been modified to two separate pieces. I'm not sure of they why or the history, but I'm assuming the bottom part of the pickguard by the electronics may have gotten bad enough that the owner cut it out and added the metal plate.The pickups sound great but they are not original.
