The smooth, lighter weight khaki type fabric feels sturdy and flexible. Smooth front, not pleated. COLOR: The pants are lighter than a typical khaki color, and are more like an IVORY OR BEIGE COLOR. *****NOTE: The pants are in good, presentable condition overall, but there is some pale light brown or tan coloring and a very small bit of wear on the inside of the left leg at the cuff, and the same coloring on the inside of the right leg at the cuff, but no wear. SEE PICTURE. Most people wouldn't notice it while they are being worn.***** SIZE: 44 INCH WAIST X 29 INCH LEG INSEAM LENGTH. NO INDICATION of the fabric content, although, based on experience, it seems to be a blend of mostly cotton, with some polyester. No indication of where the pants were made.
