It has a split shank supporting a raised basket formed by silver extensions that become, at the top, the prongs for the gemstones! The center stone is an oval cut Tanzanite surrounded by a "garden" of diamond cut silver, and the outer halo contains 4 pear cut White Topaz stones and 8 round-cut White Topaz gems!
