The Exeter Street Theatre at the corner of Exeter and Newbury Street in Boston's Back Bay opened in 1884 as the First Spiritual Temple but was converted to a movie theatre in 1914 and continued to show film until 1984. It has since been used as a restaurant and retail space but is currently a Montessori School. This is NOT a reproduction!! This is a Playbill size movie program. Condition is very good with minor wear including a light horizontal fold, writing in ink in the margin of one of the program pages, some surface wear and a thin 3 inch chip out of the spine edge of the back cover which only involves the blank margin edge on either side of the page. International purchases are subject to a $2.00 handling fee. CONDITION: I use a six-step condition scale to describe the overall paper quality: Mint, Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair, Poor. Good means just that: desireable for a collection with no immediate need to upgrade. Excellent and Mint are usually reserved for publisher and music store remainders. Expect Good-minus and Fair to have considerable wear. All specific condition faults are noted after the general condition. IMAGES: I use a digital camera so the entire piece is visible.
