Description: The pen has a brown cap and barrel, a black section, and an ink window. I've never seen an ink window on another Eversharp, so presumably, it is a rare(r) feature. Sports a small, economy-size, 14k gold semi-flex nib. Writes super smooth. It's a SEMI-flex, no wet noodle. The line variation is subtle when writing normally. I'm no calligrapher, so I can't show it off that well, but hopefully you get the impression The sac is pliable and has no apparent issues. The lever does scrape against the body some. It might be that the plastic shrank a little bit at some point in the last 70/80-something years. The gold trim has some wear and tarnish, but it looks okay. It's a well-functioning, user-grade pen that you can use and not worry too much about. Although it should be noted that the plastic Eversharp used way-back-when is now known to be susceptible to brittleness/shrinking. It's an old pen, don't agonize over it. Just be mindful of it and store the pen out of direct sunlight.
