There probably had been paper label that was washed off. This looks like the Waterford Millennium bucket but I have not found a signature. The bucket measures 10 1/2 inches high with a diameter of 9 3/4 inches. It weighs 8 pounds 2 ounces unwrapped. The crystal is very clear and certainly rings like a bell.
