Scratches and scuffs may affect the play of the record. I cannot feel any of the scratches or scuffs. Cover is Poor+ condition with heavy wear especially on the corners and heavy ringwear. There are several wrinkles/creases on the front and back of the cover. Three corners have been bent. There are 3 stickers on the front of the cover. There is a sticker on the front of the cover with DA BUTT in blue. Two of the stickers wraps around to the back of the cover. I COMBINE MEDIA POSTAGE BY WEIGHT.
