Featured in the center of the pendant is a pear shaped sapphire surrounded by thirty full cut round diamonds, giving this necklace a total gem weight of approximately 1.35 CARATS (a .60ct sapphire and .75cts of diamonds). These natural and genuine gems are all good quality, nicely matched and bright and vibrant. Every gem is flawless to the naked eye (SI or better), the sapphire has vivid medium pink color, and the diamonds are white (G-H). These quality gems are set in a SUBSTANTIAL SIZE PENDANT (see photo of the necklace being worn for size perspective) that is 21mm wide and stands 22mm tall (the diamonds are prong set in the heart and the sapphire dangles or swings in the center), and the necklace weighs six grams total.
