Description: Esprit PTZ CCTV Camera with IOP and Wiper ES31CBW24-2N Pelco Up for sale is an ES31C Esprit PTZ CCTV Camera with IOP and Wiper manufactured by Pelco. Item is in new old stock condition, packaging shows signs of shelf wear due to transport and being in storage for a long period of time. The camera hookups are 24VAC power (AC Line, AC Neutral, Ground), Coaxitron/RS-422 for controlling and BNC for video output. Only what is pictured is included. We were able to hook up the camera by using a 24VAC power supply and connecting the BNC video cable to a monitor. We did not test the PTZ functionality as we do not have the necessary connections. Pelco ES31CBW24-2N Overview The Pelco ES31CBW24-2N applies the same pan, tilt and zoom functions normally associated with PTZ dome cameras, to a high resolution, Day/Night, fixed camera. Unlike a dome camera though, this system is developed for maximum visibility and is of the type readily seen at government facilities, toll plazas and border crossings. In true Pelco form, this system is built incredibly tough and is capable of withstanding extreme outdoor weather conditions including temperatures down to -50°F and hurricane force winds up to 90 mph.
