Description: Ernst Bohne Hand Painted Asian Lady Figurine With Birds Circa 1887 - 1920 Very pretty antique hand painted German porcelain figurine of an Asian lady in a kimono. She has a small bird cage in her left hand and two small multicolored birds on her right arm. Marked on the bottom with an impressed EBS mark used by Ernst Bohne & Sons between 1887 and 1896, and a blue EB anchor mark used by Ernst Bohne & Sons between 1878 and 1920. Has a few very small flakes to the base and one larger gilded over chip to the base. Otherwise good condition with no additional chips, cracks and no restoration. Measures approximately 3 1/8 inches wide x 5 7/8 inches tall. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece. IV
