Description: This is a vintage divided back postcard, unposted, and featuring a view of the Entrance to the Old English Room at the Hotel Medford in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Postcard is an advertisement for the Hotel Medford and Hotel Martin in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Located at 3rd and Michigan Avenues, Hotel Medford was built in 1916. Four additional stories were added in 1924. The hotel was demolished in 1964. Hotel Martin was built in 1889 as an apartment building at 201 Wisconsin Avenue. It was converted into a hotel in 1915. It was demolished in 1958 and the site is now occupied by the US Bank Center. Postcard may have normal wear associated with old postcards such as creases and bent corners.
