Incredibly rare book telling of the private life and relationship with the author by the iconic music superstar, Elvis Presley. With several photos. Jacket protected in new archival sleeve but with some rubbing/scuffing to faces and wear around the edges - including chipping, creases and tears. Boards are straight and clean but with corners bumped. Binding is split in a few gutters but spine remains fairly straight. Some waviness to outer edges of text block, likely due to humidity exposure. Some faint discolorations to outer edge of text block as well, otherwise pages are clean and unmarked.
