Description: Very rare Elsie Masey Victorian Collection “Rachel” #13/200. This GORGEOUS, 22”, very limited/rare collector’s doll has never been touched or removed from box, except to take these pictures. The doll, clothes and stand are in impeccable shape. It was given to me over 20 years ago and was stored in a closet. The box has age spots and many of the feathers in the doll’s hat are loose. She really is a beauty! Opening the box was quite exciting as the billowing red dress is so full and gorgeous! Then, you see that face!!! Absolutely striking!
