Description: Please read all below carefully: RM Magnetos have several coil variants: I have both the button-lead types and wire-lead types. Please specify your magneto type when you order and I will match the lead type and lead lengths to your specific mag type. This is a newly rewound, fully vacuum-impregnated coil for Edison Splitdorf type RM magnetos, wound on an original core. This is a coil rewind exchange service. I will require your old coil (consisting of at least the core) BEFORE I ship the rewound one. I will provide the address to send your old coil when you order. The 30 day handling time specified for this listing is to allow ample time to receive your old coil/core. I will ship the newly rewound coil out asap (within 2 days, excluding weekends) upon receipt of your old coil/core. If the core is not rewindable (e.g. wrong type, very severe rust, missing pieces of the core itself), I will return it to you and issue a refund. Broken flanges are no problem. The photo above is an example. The rewound coil you receive will be done in the same way, but will not be on the core you've sent me unless you request otherwise. If you must have the coil rewound on the core you've sent, or even if you don't have a core to exchange, please contact me and I will try to work with you.
