Description: Here is a fun Edison Blue Amberol cylinder, #3018. Sodero's Band, under the pseudonym "New York Military Band", perfors "The Battle of the Maine". This was recorded on April 20, 1916, and Edison released this cylinder in December 1916. Lively music with battle noises, a very enjoyable listen. The cylinder plays well with fairly limited surface noise, a small crack visible in the last picture makes clicking noises for the first five seconds of music.
