Printed under the image (on the backing paper) is the following: Plate Eight CAFE CONCERT: AT LES AMBASSADEURS (1876-1877) Museum of Lyons, France Pastel on monotype on paper, 14 1/2” x 10 5/8” This 72-year-old print is in EXCELLENT to NEAR MINT condition. There is VERY SLIGHT toning to the backing paper. The print measures 10 7/8” x 14 1/2” (27.6cm x 36.8cm) The tipped-in image is approximately 7 15/16" x 10 1/8" (20.2cm x 25.7cm) This print would be a welcomed addition to any collection of Edgar Degas memorabilia, or it would make a thoughtful, unique gift.
