Description: I only used this product for a month (purchased NEW in Sept 2022). It does a fantastic job on bare and hardwood floors; however I have thick carpet in the bedrooms and the unit did not do a good job on thick carpets. Recommend only for thin carpets and light rugs with no fringes. App takes some getting used to, but is really good once you learn how to use it. It maps rooms, and cleans in excellent straight lines, getting corners and edges well. The mopping feature is great also, however NO CLEANING SOLUTIONS should be added during the mopping session, only warm water. Great product that I wished would work on my thick carpets.
