This one is as close to natural Ebony as any of the composite versions. It is basically like any other veneer. It is made of real wood. Mostly dark with light streaks as pictured. Some sanding is usually required before finishing to prepare the surface for a finish and occasionally to remove veneer tape, splice glue, or some other imperfection.
