Description: Handcrafted Eastern Indian vase with hammered repousse (reverse-embossed) dimensional design. Pre-owned in very good condition. Very clean, it has a heavy burnished looking aged patina that may or may not be a natural part of the metal alloy's aging process over a repeating '3D' floral motif. I don't know the exact metal content, it appears to be silver over brass alloy, but it's definitely metal and has some weight to it. There's no damage, any imperfections are inherent in the process of crafting the vase. Measures 10-1/4" tall and about 6-1/2" in width, tapering at the base to about 3-1/2" across. I'm not sure if it's ok to put put water in it, my guess is it's decorative although it would hold water. It's unbranded, no identifying makers mark or stamp that I can find, just a tiny 'made in India' sticker on the bottom. Please see all photos for details, they're part of the description.
