Description: Beautiful early 20th century pottery pitcher designed by Frederick H Rhead for Weller in the L’Art Nouveau pattern, c. 1903-4. Features an embossed standing maiden with long flowing hair. The corners have embossed peach flower blossoms that have long narrow green stems that extend to the bottom of the vase, base is stamped Weller. Measures 7 ½” high x 2 ¾” wide and is in AS IS condition, note there is a repair the top of one corner as well as a non-structural crack in the handle, otherwise the piece is free of nicks, fleabites or wear, please see all photos.
