Early Vtg Industrial Ajusco Task Desk Lamp Light OC White Era Antique 1920s

Description: You're looking at a early Ajusco task light/ sconce in excellent working condition and dating to approx the 1920s. This piece was designed to be wall or bench mounted and it can easily be pivoted to direct light where it's required. The joints differ slightly from the examples that followed and the entry hole for the cord is narrower. The socket was damaged so it was replaced with an original patented Ajusco-Loc socket in great condition. Overall the patina of this lamp is very good with wear commensurate with age including marks, dings, paint loss, pitting, scuffs etc; which all add to the character and authenticity of the piece. This item has been rewired using vintage-style black cord and a new plug. Works perfectly and ready to be mounted to your wall or desk. Measures approx 44.5" long including the shade.
