Description: I believe this is a '30s Richter Reflecta TLR camera. It's missing its name plate. Made in Germany. It has a Compur shutter with a Meyer Gorlitz 7.3cm f/3.5 lens. The architecture is the same as the Richters. The winding knob is a little different from those shown on McKeown's. It could be that this is an early pre-war model. Has the pyramidal hood which the early models had. The lens is fairly clear with no fungus or haze. There is some minor dust but nothing to prevent usage. The shutter fires at all speeds, with the exception of B and T, and seems in the the neighborhood of the ballpark. I cant cock the shutter in either B or T and I don't want to force it. The aperture control moves smoothly and the blades look good. Like many of these old TLRs the viewfinder is dark. And I am not sure the focusing is accurate. Does not have a sports fonder in the hood but it does have a magnifier. Has a lovely patina. Missing some of the leatherette.
