Description: Up for bid is a good early American blown glass blue swirl tumbler. The piece is 4 5/8 inches tall by 3 inches in diameter at the lip. It has a nice aqua color with a swirl pattern that fades towards the foot and is suppressed about 3/8 inch from the lip. It has a flat foot with a rough raised pontil so it does not sit flat. There is noticeable wear to the contact points on the foot. Condition on the piece is quite good. There are no chips or cracks, though there are some original inclusions from the forming. A good piece of antique glass!
